• How long can I rent baby equipment?+−

  The minimum rental period is 2 nights. We offer tiered discounts from 5 nights (-15% on individual items, -25% on packs) and 12 nights (-25% on items, -35% on packs). Perfect for a week-long family holiday or longer in Provence.

• How does the deposit work?+−

  A card imprint is securely registered at booking time via Stripe. No amount is charged. The hold is automatically released 3 days after the end of your rental, unless damage is reported on the equipment.

• Where do you deliver in Provence?+−

  We deliver within a 30 km radius of Sénas (13300), covering Salon-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Cavaillon, Orgon, Lambesc, Eyguières, Mallemort, and the Alpilles and Luberon areas. Delivery is free for rentals of 30 euros or more.

• What if I'm outside the delivery area?+−

  If you're staying more than 30 km from Sénas, you can pick up the equipment for free at our location in Sénas. Collection is quick and easy, and you'll receive a warm welcome.

• Is the equipment safe and clean?+−

  All our equipment meets current European safety standards. Every item is cleaned, sanitised and inspected before each rental. We use trusted premium brands: Hauck, Stokke, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, Béaba.

• Can I cancel my booking?+−

  Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the start of your rental, with a full refund. After that, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll find a solution together.

• How are delivery fees calculated?+−

  Delivery is free when your rental total reaches 30 euros. Below that, fees are 0.50 euro per kilometre (round trip from Sénas). The exact amount is calculated automatically during booking based on your address.

• What baby equipment do you offer?+−

  We offer 8 individual items (travel cot, Stokke high chair, stroller, baby bouncer, baby bath, video monitor, car seat, baby carrier) and 3 packs: the Essential (cot + high chair), the Complete (cot + high chair + stroller) and the Comfort (4 items of your choice). Prices range from 4 to 30 euros per night.

• Who handles delivery and collection?+−

  Maeva, founder of C&V Baby in Provence, personally handles every delivery and collection. The equipment is set up at your accommodation and everything is explained. A truly personal, caring service.

• Can I book for someone else (gift, family)?+−

  Of course! You can book on behalf of someone else. Simply enter the delivery address and dates for the person receiving the equipment. A lovely gesture for young parents on holiday.

• How does the Comfort pack (4 items of your choice) work?+−

  The Comfort pack lets you choose 4 items from our catalogue: cot, stroller, high chair, bouncer, bath, monitor, car seat or carrier. You create your own pack to suit your needs, at an attractive rate of 30 euros per night.

• Are you available during peak season (July-August)?+−

  Yes, we're available all year round, including peak season. We recommend booking as early as possible for summer, as our equipment is in high demand between June and September.
